Chef Swift’s passion and creative interpretation of seasonal comfort food is absolutely contagious. It’s evident at his new restaurant and in tonight’s menu of The Crab Cake with crackers, ripe tomato and chive remoulade, Arugula Salad with parmesan beignets, braised beets and white balsamic vinaigrette, Seared George’s Bank Diver Scallops with Spring pea risotto and ginger-carrot broth; and Cream Puffs with vanilla ice cream and chocolate cognac sauce.
