Chef Swift’s passion and creative interpretation of seasonal comfort food is absolutely contagious. It’s evident at his new restaurant and in tonight’s menu of The Crab Cake with crackers, ripe tomato and chive remoulade, Arugula Salad with parmesan beignets, braised beets and white balsamic vinaigrette, Seared George’s Bank Diver Scallops with Spring pea risotto and ginger-carrot broth; and Cream Puffs with vanilla ice cream and chocolate cognac sauce. Evening includes wine tastings sponsored by National Distributor’s and a chance to win tasty door prizes provided by Atlanta Beverage, Bella Cucina Artful Foods, Cabot Cheese and Via Elisa Authentic Fresh Pasta.
