Experience the culinary world of delicious Indian cuisine. Students will learn how to prepare a traditional North Indian meal including Bengan Bharta roasted eggplant, Alu Gobhi potato and cauliflower with ginger, Saag Paneer creamed spinach with Indian cheese, Chicken Tikka Masala Tandoori chicken in a tomato cream sauce, Peas Pullao Basmati rice with peas and whole spices, Raita cucumber yogurt sauce, and Chapati whole wheat flat bread. Evening includes wine tastings sponsored by Sherlock’s Wine Merchant and a chance to win tasty door prizes provided by Atlanta Beverage, Bella Cucina Artful Foods, Cabot Cheese and Via Elisa Authentic Fresh Pasta.
