Chef Klaskla’s passion for food and art can be seen and tasted in his food. He brings his principles of fresh ingredients, simple flavors and time-honed techniques to Simple Abundance. During class he’ll demonstrate Six Ways with One Chicken: Honey & Soy Glazed Almond Wings, Chicken Soup with Quick Noodles, Caramel Black Pepper Drumsticks, Coconut Lemongrass Red Curry Tenderloins, Slow Braised Thighs with preserved lemon and green olives, and Breast with Sweet Garlic and Goat Cheese. Evening includes wine tastings sponsored by Sherlock’s Wine Merchant and a chance to win tasty door prizes provided by Bella Cucina Artful Foods, and Cabot Cheese.
