During class he’ll demonstrate Six Ways with One Chicken: Honey & Soy Glazed Almond Wings, Chicken Soup with Quick Noodles, Caramel Black Pepper Drumsticks, Coconut Lemongrass Red Curry Tenderloins, Slow Braised Thighs with preserved lemon and green olives, and Breast with Sweet Garlic and Goat Cheese.
