Chef Chad Crete of The Iberian Pig Chef Crete brings the Spanish and Portuguese influenced flavors of his Decatur restaurant to Simple Abundance. The menu for this class includes Ensalada Mixto: mixed field greens, pickled red onions, figs, Serrano ham, golden peppadews stuffed with Mahon cheese, piquillo peppers and sherry vinaigrette, Croquetas de Queso: crispy goat cheese, citrus-honey yogurt and lavender honey, B.W.D.: bacon wrapped medjool dates stuffed with Manchego cheese and walnuts, and Meat Flatbread: Serrano ham, arugula, caramelized onions, shaved manchego cheese, pistachio, and Chilean extra virgin olive oil.
