Chef Joe Schafer of Parish Chef Schafer returns to Simple Abundance with a menu chock full of Southern deliciousness. Class participants will learn how to prepare Smoked Chicken Thighs with roasted corn hoe cakes and Vidalia onion jam, Roasted Gum Creek Pork Belly with summer hominy stew and cornbread, and Georgia Peach Gallette with soft whipped cream.
