Chefs Nicholas Bown Crawford & Derek Van Cleve of Concentrics Ah, how sweet it is…to learn about pastry from two of Atlanta’s top pastry chefs. Chefs Bown-Crawford and Van Cleve have the training and experience, including serving as pastry chefs at Murphy’s and Parish respectively, to discuss all things pastry. Participants are in for a treat as they learn Sucre Basics – the classically French base to any tart, and how to prepare a Spiced Apple & Brown Sugar Streusel Tart, Lemon Tart with candied lemon, and Rich Chocolate Tart.
