Chefs Steven Satterfield of Miller Union Last quarter he started us off with the basics in his Pickling & Preserving class. This quarter Chef Satterfield takes participants deeper with a second class about pickling, canning and preserving. So if you missed the first class, you’re in luck. You don’t want to miss this one. Chef Satterfield will demonstrate Canning Plum Tomatoes, Bourbon Peaches, Pickled Okra, Pickled Green Beans and Green Tomato Chutney.
