Chefs Scott Keefer of The Original El Taco Join us on a culinary tour of Mexico. Chef Keefer’s class menu will feature an assortment of “Antojitos” or “little fancies” from diverse regions of Mexico including Pambazos – Mexican torta in red guajillo pepper sauce with pork chorizo sausage and potato, Gorditas – masa harina corn cake with achiote roasted chicken, Tlyacoyos – black bean stuffed masa flatbreads with queso anejo, pico de gallo and crema, and Memelas – toasted corn with mole negro, pickled cabbage, guacamole and queso fresco.
