Chef Chris Hall of Local Three The brainchild of Todd Mussman, Ryan Turner (Muss & Turner’s) and Chef Chris Hall, relative newcomer Local Three has quickly made a name for itself. Just being a few days into fall, Chef Hall’s class will showcase ingredients that are coming into season: Salad of Roasted Cauliflower and Butternut Squash with hazelnuts and sherry vinaigrette, Roasted Pumpkin Risotto with pumpkinseed pesto, Pan Seared Mountain Trout with apples, Brussels sprouts, fennel and brown butter, as well as a brief Chat about Cheese. Evening includes wine tastings sponsored by Sherlock’s Wine Merchant and a chance to win tasty door prizes provided by Bella Cucina Artful Foods, and Cabot Cheese. Date:
