Chef Mary Moore of The Cook's Warehouse and Senior Wine Educator Don Hackett of Sherlock's Wine Merchant The holidays are a great time to spend with family and friends and experience the classic recipes we’ve enjoyed since childhood. But sometimes it’s fun to have something a little different. Chef Mary Moore came up with a fun and fabulous Spanish inspired menu that, while not the typical holiday fare, is absolutely delicious all the same. She’ll start off demonstrating assorted tapas of Marinated Olives, Potato Pinchos and Suffed Piquillo Peppers. The main course will be Portuguese Chicken and Black Beans & Rice followed by Churros for dessert. Senior Wine Educator Don Hackett will be on hand to pair this menu with his favorite Spanish wines and answer any wine questions you may have.
