Known for its contemporary Southern cuisine and use of fresh ingredients, Chef Ulbrich shows you how to bring that same delicious sophisticated southern flair of South City Kitchen to your own table. Tonight’s local and sustainable menu includes Pimento SGD goat cheese on buttermilk corn crackers, Poached Shrimp and Crab with Georgia watermelon relish, Enchanted Spring Trout with heirloom tomato vinaigrette and summer squash casserole; and Carolina Rice Pudding with fresh berries and cream. Evening includes wine tastings sponsored by Sherlock’s Wine Merchant and a chance to win tasty door prizes provided by Atlanta Beverage, Bella Cucina Artful Foods, Cabot Cheese and Via Elisa Authentic Fresh Pasta.
